Las Vegas Marriage License Requirements:
To obtain your marriage license, both parties must appear in person before a Clerk at a Clark County Marriage Bureau location.
Proof of age (driver's license, passport or birth certificate)
* Must have a social security number; foreigners who exchange wedding vows in the U.S. may need additional or special documentation to guarantee the marriage is recognized in their country
Applicants must be a biological male and a biological female, at least 18 years of
age, and no nearer of kin than second cousins or cousins of half-
* Parental consent and court order (if under the age of 16)
* No blood test
* No waiting period

After receiving your Marriage License, your ceremony must be performed by a marriage
official. A Marriage License is good for one year.
There are many marriage chapels
in Las Vegas to choose from. All of the chapels offer a variety of wedding packages
that will include flowers, photographer, etc. The cost of a wedding ceremony will
depend upon the chapel and the package you select.
